We try to only use standardized pricing but sometimes variables influence prices. Below is our simple pricing structure based on square footage of your lawn. You can choose from weekly and bi-weekly service plans.

Zero-Emissions Mowing Pricing Per Cutting
Service Details: Every client gets the utmost attention to detail. We will trim and edge your lawn at every cutting, using only scissors around trees to avoid damage to your property. We are using state of the art technology with brand new zero-emissions mowers. We do not bag at every cutting, instead, we mulch the clippings to benefit your lawn, and blow all clippings back into the lawn and off of edging, driveways, patios, decks, and walkways. Also, if you have pets, we will pick up droppings at every cutting.
We want to provide fair pricing for quality work, but our standardized prices may change depending on the below: bagging clippings at every cutting, number of obstacles in the lawn, fences, small gates, amount of droppings needing to be picked up, overgrown lawn, and the distance between the parked truck and trailer to the location of the property. If it has been a long time between cuttings, usually 3 weeks or more, we will cut the lawn at our maximum height and then work your lawn into a regular length of 3". In such cases, bagging or mulching will be decided on the job.

Bi-weekly mowings are available as well. We remove one-third of the blades of grass to avoid clumping and scalping. If a specific height is requested you will need to be on a weekly mowing schedule.
